Data & Retention Policy

This policy explains how long AtlasCore retains seller and account data, how deletion works across Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Facebook Marketplace, Instagram Shopping, Pinterest Shopping, Faire, WooCommerce, Squarespace Commerce, BigCommerce, custom and third-party marketplace integrations, and your rights to access, correct, or delete information.

1. Data We Retain

• Account profile and authentication records
• OAuth tokens and marketplace connection metadata
• Synced listings, orders, inventory snapshots, and analytics caches
• Audit logs, security events, and support correspondence
• Billing and subscription history

2. Retention Periods

• Active accounts: operational data retained while your subscription or free account remains active and as needed to provide the service
• Disconnected marketplaces: OAuth tokens deleted or invalidated promptly; cached marketplace data purged within 30 days unless you reconnect
• Closed accounts: personal data deleted or anonymized within 90 days, except where law requires longer retention (tax, fraud prevention, dispute records)
• Security logs: typically retained up to 12 months
• Backups: encrypted backups may persist up to 35 additional days before automatic purge

3. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may:

• Access: request a copy of personal data we hold about you
• Correction: update inaccurate profile information in Settings or via support
• Deletion: request erasure of your account and associated data (see Delete Account)
• Portability: request an export of key account data in a machine-readable format where technically feasible
• Restriction / objection: where GDPR or similar laws apply, limit certain processing activities

4. Seller Data Across Marketplaces

AtlasCore acts as a data processor for marketplace-sourced seller content you authorize. We do not claim ownership of your listings, orders, or customer records. When you disconnect a marketplace or delete your account, we stop new API retrieval and remove stored copies according to the schedules above. Data already stored on third-party marketplaces remains governed by those platforms' policies.

5. How to Exercise Your Rights

Email privacy@atlascore-market.com from your registered account email. We verify identity before fulfilling requests and respond within 30 days (or as required by law). See also Privacy Policy.
