Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AtlasCore Marketplace Hub ("AtlasCore," "we," "us," or "our"), a multi-marketplace SaaS platform that helps sellers manage stores across connected marketplaces including Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Facebook Marketplace, Instagram Shopping, Pinterest Shopping, Faire, WooCommerce, Squarespace Commerce, BigCommerce, custom and third-party marketplace integrations.

1. Independent Platform

AtlasCore is an independent software service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, certified by, or sponsored by any marketplace operator. All marketplace names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Marketplace API Usage

When you connect a marketplace account, AtlasCore accesses that platform's APIs only under the authorization you grant and in accordance with that platform's applicable Terms of Use, Developer Policies, and API agreements. You are responsible for complying with each marketplace's seller policies, listing rules, and prohibited conduct standards.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your AtlasCore credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access at support@atlascore-market.com.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AtlasCore only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

• Violate any marketplace, payment processor, or applicable law
• Attempt to bypass OAuth, rate limits, or security controls
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or resell unauthorized access to our service
• Upload malware, interfere with platform stability, or abuse support channels
• Use AtlasCore to infringe intellectual property or misrepresent product origin
• Share credentials or OAuth tokens outside authorized team members you control

5. Digital Goods & Copyright

Digital products, templates, designs, and downloadable assets offered through or managed via AtlasCore are protected under United States copyright law and applicable international treaties. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized reproduction without explicit permission is prohibited. You retain ownership of your seller content; you grant AtlasCore a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle shown at checkout unless canceled before renewal. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with reasonable notice for future billing periods.

7. Service Availability

AtlasCore is provided on an "as available" basis. Marketplace API outages, policy changes, or third-party downtime may affect specific features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted sync, analytics accuracy, or compatibility with every marketplace endpoint at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtlasCore and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost sales, account suspensions imposed by marketplaces, or data loss arising from third-party services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to AtlasCore in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using AtlasCore at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or legal requirement. See Delete Account and Disconnect Marketplace for self-service steps.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard or email where practicable.
