Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to subscription fees and digital service purchases made directly through AtlasCore Marketplace Hub. It does not govern refunds for sales you make on connected marketplaces (Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Facebook Marketplace, Instagram Shopping, Pinterest Shopping, Faire, WooCommerce, Squarespace Commerce, BigCommerce, or custom integrations)—those are handled under each platform's seller and buyer policies.
1. Digital Goods & Subscriptions
AtlasCore provides software-as-a-service access, automation features, analytics, and digital tooling. Because digital services are delivered immediately upon account activation or plan upgrade, purchases are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins, except where required by law or as described below.
2. Eligible Refund Requests
We may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion when:
- You were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong plan, or billing system mistake)
- A verified extended outage prevented meaningful use of paid features for 72+ consecutive hours
- You cancel within 48 hours of your first paid subscription purchase and have not materially used premium sync or export features
- Applicable consumer protection law requires a refund
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Partial months or unused time after cancellation mid-cycle
- Third-party marketplace fees, ad spend, or transaction charges
- Digital templates, exports, or downloadable assets already delivered
- Accounts terminated for Terms violations, fraud, or API abuse
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@atlascore-market.com within 14 days of the charge with your account email, invoice date, and reason for the request. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Cancellations
Canceling your subscription stops future renewals. Access continues through the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout. Cancellation does not automatically delete your account or marketplace connections—see Delete Account.
6. Chargebacks
Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension pending review.
