Disconnect Marketplace Account
You can disconnect any linked marketplace from AtlasCore Marketplace Hub at any time. Disconnecting revokes AtlasCore's ability to call that platform's API on your behalf and begins removal of stored OAuth tokens and cached sync data according to our Data & Retention Policy.
1. Disconnect Etsy in AtlasCore (Recommended)
- Log in and open the Etsy Command Center at
/dashboard/etsy. - Open the Safety Purge modal and confirm disconnect, or call the production API:
POST /api/v1/etsy/disconnect/ Authorization: Bearer <access_token>
AtlasCore invalidates Etsy OAuth tokens, purges cached listings and orders for your account, and stops scheduled sync jobs immediately.
2. Revoke on Etsy (Best Practice)
After disconnecting in AtlasCore, we recommend revoking AtlasCore's authorization directly on each platform so no stale permissions remain:
- Etsy: Etsy account → Settings → Security → Apps & websites → revoke AtlasCore
- Amazon: Seller Central → Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps → remove AtlasCore
- Shopify: Shopify Admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels → uninstall AtlasCore
- eBay: My eBay → Account → Third-party app access → revoke AtlasCore
- Walmart: Seller Center → Settings → API / app permissions → revoke access
- TikTok Shop: Seller Center → Authorized apps → remove AtlasCore
- Facebook / Instagram Shopping: Meta Business Settings → Integrations → remove AtlasCore
- Pinterest: Pinterest settings → Apps → revoke AtlasCore
- Faire: Faire brand portal → Connected apps → disconnect AtlasCore
- WooCommerce: WordPress Admin → WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API → revoke keys
- Squarespace Commerce: Settings → Connected accounts → remove AtlasCore
- BigCommerce: Apps → My Apps → uninstall or revoke AtlasCore API credentials
- Custom integrations: remove API keys or webhook endpoints you configured for AtlasCore in your custom marketplace admin panel.
3. What Happens After Disconnect
- OAuth access and refresh tokens are deleted or marked invalid in AtlasCore
- No new listings, orders, or inventory data is fetched from that marketplace
- Dashboard views for that marketplace show a disconnected / not connected state
- Cached historical data is purged within 30 days unless you reconnect
- Your marketplace shop itself remains active on the third-party platform
4. Reconnecting Later
You may reconnect at any time by initiating a new OAuth authorization from the Marketplace Hub. Reconnection requires accepting the platform's current Terms of Use and granting the scopes requested by AtlasCore for the features you enable.
5. Independent Platform Notice
AtlasCore is not affiliated with Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Facebook Marketplace, Instagram Shopping, Pinterest Shopping, Faire, WooCommerce, Squarespace Commerce, BigCommerce, or custom and third-party marketplace integrations. Disconnecting in AtlasCore does not affect your standing with those marketplaces; contact their seller support for account-specific issues.
6. Support
If disconnect fails or tokens appear stale, email support@atlascore-market.com with the marketplace name and your account email.
